Saturday, July 12th, 2008Todays funny sign is simple, and I just love this one. We saw it at Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire. The meaning is clear enough - no walking across the courtyard. But on a second look I think you could walk, amble, sprint, jog or hop across, pretty much anything as long as there was not a hint of saturday night fever in your gait.
Whoa…slow down there. Other road users around.

You have to ask yourself, was it a big problem before they put the sign up? We stayed in Woolloomooloo for a couple of weeks and there didn’t seem to be too many people running round shooting anything or anyone. None in fact. And if you were going to, would a naval base be the first thing you shoot at?
